Group Training

Group workouts are designed to improve players confidence and help them reach their true scoring potential. During these group sessions, our staff will focus on footwork, ball placement, and shooting mechanics.  If you are serious about the game of basketball and want to become elite, then we are the training program that can get you to the next level. 

Group training sessions allow our trainers to pinpoint players strengths and weaknesses. Each workout will be paced appropriately based off of the groups age, skill level, and desired areas of improvement. We recommend group sessions for players who are looking to improve their game or are focused on becoming better at a specific skill.

We offer a full month session package which provides players with multiple workouts throughout the month upon an INVITE ONLY.  If you are new to the program and are interested you will have to go through a tryout in which our staff will see if you are prepared for the training. All group training can be reserved through Liam Rabe. There will be 6 available months in which you can sign up for. Each week will consist of 3 days (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) in which 8 spots will be available each day for each age group. Please reserve your spots a month in advance in order to get your desired time slot.
